My experiences throughout an array of products from cyber warfare software to space infrastructure, and services from professional expertise to human spaceflight, allow me to quickly and effectively grow any organization.

I've managed every functional area within a company, including strategic planning and strategy management. I've effectively led and scaled operations.

I've institutionalized strategy, implemented ERPs, resolved long-standing product and service delivery issues, established lean processes and procedures, created dashboards, and brought products and companies to market.

Cyber and information warfare SaaS (SMEIR). Deep tech combined with professional services.

Transformed fragmented operations to cohesive teams, while developing policies, processes, and culture necessary for rapid growth. Led strategic planning. 1500+ employees across 9 subsidiaries, internationally.

  • Grew largest division 120% in 16 months. Identified adjacent growth opportunities. Developed and executed capture plans. Rebuilt customer relationships. Bolstered capabilities.

  • Restructured operations, increasing gross margin 22% in the first year. Introduced new tools and processes including work control software, warehouse automation, and demand planning.

  • Established operational finance functions: project status reports, ETCs, EACs, burn-downs, etc. ensuring baselines for performance improvement. Implemented KPIs and built dashboards.

  • Spearheaded ISO 9001:2015 certification; designed and deployed quality management system.

  • Created strategy transitioning SMEIR™ from website replication to a fully integrated offensive and defensive cyber range, utilized by SOF in multi-domain operations, including space.

  • Led product development and innovation teams, integrating bleeding edge technologies and interoperability into SMEIR.

Engaged by CEO to prepare for acquisition. Developed growth initiatives and overhauled operations across the portfolio to ensure ideal positioning, and robust interest within the market. Led due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

  • Developed and executed operational efficiency strategies for $200M in federal contracts, increasing net profit by 12.1% and enterprise value by 12.7%.

  • Established go-to-market strategy focused on tribally owned organizations, leveraging ability to access 8(a) direct award, HUBZone, and small business set aside contracts.

  • Built a $600M pipeline in 3 months. Identified teaming partners, negotiated agreements and workshare, and devised capture strategies, in preparation for post-acquisition growth.

  • Led management presentations and due diligence. Managed 30 advisors involving investment bankers, CPAs, attorneys, and consultants. Overcame obstacles, including several failed closings.

  • Negotiated 3 bolt-on acquisitions from CEO’s venture capital portfolio, accelerating acquirer’s ability to receive 8(a) direct awards.

  • Achieved EBITDA multiple 57% higher than top comparable sale.

Engaged by CEO to align goals with strategy, operationalize strategy, and build foundation for long-term sustainable growth. Created strategic and tactical frameworks, while overhauling incongruous operations. Four business lines, $550M in revenue, and 800+ employees.

  • Designed objectives and key results framework, resulting in goal alignment throughout the org. Developed dashboards to measure, manage, and track OKRs.

  • Cut costs 37% by restructuring operations. Eliminated duplicate roles between adjacent product lines; aligned capex, procurements, hiring, and subcontractor NTPs with milestones or customer deliverables; and established priorities. 

  • Implemented value engineering saving $53M in facilities costs. Led design and construction, ensuring optimal lab/manufacturing environments, avoiding test/launch delays. 

  • Navigated numerous necessary turnaround and strategic initiatives during extreme cash constraints, reductions in staff and budget, and significant culture obstacles.
