I distill strategy into action. Tactics into processes. Vision into reality. I anticipate outcomes and generate accountability, removing the painful gaps between strategy and execution.


I effectively lead multiple departments while concurrently executing strategic initiatives. I’ve grown businesses 415% while scaling processes and developing accountability models within operations, finance, accounting, human resources, IT and business development.


I build systems and processes, resulting in high-performance environments. It’s not easy. Preparing for growth while ensuring current operations run smoothly, is a unique skill.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

June 2017-present

Reporting directly to IDS's CEO, I lead, manage, and support day-to-day and strategic operational initiatives within the company. 


Direct oversight includes project operations, business intelligence, budgeting and planning, pricing, quality, human resources, contracts, marketing, information technology, corporate governance, and compliance. Transformed culture focusing on process improvement and metrics-driven outcomes.

Established policies that promote company culture and vision, scaling the organization for growth. Built an inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. Participate in evaluation and implementation of potential expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)


Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines under stressful situations.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

2014-2017

Trusted advisor to CEOs and CFOs, facilitating acquisitions and mergers. From investment banker selection to post-transaction transition, lead every aspect of the sale.

Recent success includes a transaction where we achieved a larger than expected financial outcome for the company, with all executives remaining intact.

Lead and implement additional strategic initiatives outside of mergers and acquisitions including revenue growth, business development, financial planning and analysis, identification of processes to improve operational efficiencies and executive talent augmentation.

DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

2014 - 2015

Directed all financial and operational activities within company’s largest division. Concurrently handled a multitude of tasks such as accounting, financial reporting, contract negotiations and analyzing trends. Profit and loss responsibility for 26 commercial properties.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

2005-2014

Profit and loss responsibility for $500M coast-to-coast operations and 900+employees. Integral part of the executive team that led the company to 415% revenue growth and a $500-million backlog, over three years. Managed every aspect of the company including marketing, finance, and operations.


Managed owner's venture capital portfolio consisting of eight small businesses positioned for growth in government contracting.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

2001 - 2005

Bolstered launch of luxury real estate office selling homes averaging $2.5 million. Directed PR efforts, created and executed strategic marketing plans, coordinated strategy and staff for trade shows/conferences, and developed copy and layout for ads and high-end home brochures. Flourished in marketing a product that everyone wants, yet few can afford.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

1999-2001

Launched Colorado’s first online Multiple Listing Service, essentially one of the first SaaS platforms in Colorado. Worked closely with R&D to ensure the customer’s voice and needs were integrated into the end product.
